Pure Desi Ghee (Bilona method)

Shi Sampada Pure Bilona Buffalo Ghee is made using the traditional Bilona method, an age-old process that begins with preparing curd from whole milk. The curd is then hand-churned to extract makkhan (butter), which is finally slow-cooked to produce pure, aromatic ghee.

Our buffaloes are fed a rich diet of herbal and nutritional fodder, which significantly influences the quality of both the milk and the ghee. Since the fodder varies with changing climate conditions, the properties of the milk—and thus the ghee—naturally adapt with the seasons, making each batch unique and wholesome.
